Beta Network Customer Agreement Addendum

Additional Provisions of Service

During the Term (as defined below), WeLink shall provide the Services to the Customer at no cost to the Customer. Due to the nature of this Agreement as a pilot of Systems and Equipment, WeLink makes no representation or warranty as to the speeds or availability of the Services during the Term; provided, that WeLink estimates that speeds achieved utilizing the pilot Systems and Equipment shall be up to 500 Mbps. WeLink may suspend or cancel the Services at any time upon advance notice to the Customer.

Customer Compensation

CUSTOMER AGREES THAT THEY ARE NOT ENTITLED TO ANY COMPENSATION AS A RESULT OF THIS AGREEMENT AND RELATED TESTING OF EQUIPMENT AND THAT CUSTOMER’S SOLE CONSIDERATION IS THE PROVISION BY WELINK OF THE SERVICES AT NO CHARGE DURING THE TERM.
