Customer Agreement Limited-Time Special Offer Addendum

Additional Provisions of Service

During the Term (as defined below), WeLink shall provide the Services to the Customer at no cost to the Customer. Due to the nature of this Agreement as a limited-time special offer for qualifying residents,, WeLink makes no guarantee or warranty as to the speeds or availability of the Services during the Term. WeLink may suspend or cancel the Services at any time upon advance notice to the Customer.

Customer Compensation

CUSTOMER AGREES THAT THEY ARE NOT ENTITLED TO ANY COMPENSATION AS A RESULT OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT CUSTOMER’S SOLE CONSIDERATION IS THE PROVISION BY WELINK OF THE SERVICES AT NO CHARGE DURING THE TERM.
